About Yoga with Magda

Hello, I’m Magda.

I’m a 200-hour qualified Yoga Teacher offering classes in West Berkshire and Hampshire.

Alongside teaching yoga, I work full-time as an HR Manager in fast-paced environments where productivity, deadlines, and performance management are part of everyday life. Like many people juggling busy careers and responsibilities, I reached a point where I needed something more grounding, more human, and more sustainable. 

I first came to yoga to move my body mindfully and manage stress. I stayed because of everything it gave me beyond the physical practice.

Yoga became an anchor during some of the most challenging personal times of my life. It helped me stay steady when things felt uncertain, grounded when everything around me was changing, and present when my mind wanted to race ahead. Through breath, movement, and moments of stillness, I discovered practical tools to support my mental health, build resilience, and create a sense of balance — both on and off the mat.

My classes are rooted in mindful movement, accessibility, and compassion. I create a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are, strengthen your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. 

Whether you’re here for physical practice, to support your mental wellbeing, or simply a moment of pause in a busy life, you’re always very welcome. I love to share my passion for Yoga and inspire you in starting, continuing, or returning to your practice.
