Yoga Classes
Yoga with Magda
My teaching style is rooted in vinyasa flow, with an emphasis on smooth, mindful movement guided by breath. With sequences being fluid, it is inclusive and accessible, with options and modifications offered so that everyone — regardless of age, experience, or ability — can feel supported and at ease in their practice.
I focus on creating a welcoming environment where students can move at their own pace, build strength and flexibility safely, and develop greater body awareness. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga can help reduce stress, support mental clarity, improve balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and resilience that carries into everyday life.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a deeply calming practice designed to help the body and mind fully relax and reset. Using supportive props and gentle, held postures, it allows the nervous system to slow down, releasing tension and stress without effort or strain. This practice is especially beneficial for reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and restoring energy, making it an ideal complement to a busy or demanding lifestyle.
Classes will be available throughout the year.

This course will focus on gentle, calming yoga practices that help settle the nervous system and create a sense of ease in both body and mind. Each session will include slow, accessible movement, guided meditation, soothing breathwork, and simple relaxation techniques.
